Salad: My signature Confetti Cabbage Salad…..(see Salads under “What’s Cookin”) I know this salad doesn’t seem too spectacular but it is….my clients order it over and over.
Entrée: Fettuccine Alfredo w/ Wild Caught Salmon, Wild Mushrooms & Asparagus
Dessert: Flourless Chocolate Cake made w/ Ganache & Topped w/ Fresh Raspberries and an optional Raspberry Coulis
The hostess’ Mom made the cake…her specialty….I asked if I could try it. They said “Sure!!” Best Ganache Flourless Chocolate Cake I’ve had. Not too sweet. Lots of rich chocolate flavor……She is sending me the recipe!
